:.Fees for Services

A Summer Exchange program with the University of Innsbruck provides participants with the opportunity to travel throughout Europe. Here students gather outside the birthplace of Mozart.

Fees for services will vary from project to project since each is unique in purpose, complexity, and scope of activities.  Other factors to be weighed when preparing an estimate of costs include:

  • on grant-funded projects, the number and nature of services provided by The Global Workplace during the proposal development phase;

  • grant administrator role to be played after grant funding;

  • the role of The Global Workplace as a participant and project partner in the grant itself;

  • the length of our contractual agreement and the complexity and number of services provided;

  • the number of products licensed or developed, and the frequency of use of those products;

  • client-requested changes in products or services after professional service agreements are finalized

NOTE: When we are included as a participant/partner in a grant-funded project
(consultant, education and training manager, researcher, professional services, technical services, etc.), we are willing to invest a significant portion of the fees for our proposal services.   The larger the partnership role we play in working to deliver programs and services defined in the funded project, the greater the likelihood that we can negotiate lower front-end fees for those services.
Travel and related expenses are billed separately and include a per diem for room and board, air and ground travel, taxes, shipping, and honoraria as agreed.
